Butter Bits does not accept returns. Returned products generate over 4 billion pounds of landfill waste per year in United States alone.
However, if your Butter Bits arrive damaged or melted into a giant block of lotion bar ( and you don't like it ), please take, save and send a picture of the damage to TIdbits@butterbitseverywhere.com and you'll either get a refund or new Butter Bits, your choice.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Warm 1 Butter Bit lotion bar in your hands till it softens. Be patient, you have to rub them in for a minute or two to have all the oils, butters and wax melt and penetrate into your skin. Store Butter Bits a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and temperatures above 98.6°, until ready to melt in your hands. Don't leave them at the bottom of a giant purse, heavy gym bag or a hot car or mailbox. Butter Bits are colored with plants, made with organic ingredients and are safe if accidentally eaten.Close the flap of the pillow box and put the cap back on the jars to keep your Butter Bits fresh. Butter Bits are scented with essential oils only, so the less they are exposed to air the better.
